After a little negotiation we agreed a price for a lexus 250h. I travelled up from London after leaving a deposit to check out the vehicle which had beed described as being in "showroom condition". I was a little sceptical but as it turned out the car was perfect. And it had manufactures full service history with less than 10k on the clock. The car was priced at least 5% below market price. I've owned the car now for 10days and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Thank you Si it was a pleasure dealing with you.

First class, seamless service. This is the first car I've bought online/over the phone, sight unseen. That in itself seems like a gamble and sets high expectations. And I sure was not disappointed. The proprietor, Si, is a very personable guy. He seems to have a genuine interest in the product he is selling i.e. cars in this case. He has a warehouse full of cars, which is a very interesting view for an enthusiast. Finance was arranged for me over the phone, which was a breeze, unexpectedly. He was nice enough to handover the car and complete the sale on a Bank Holiday, which was the only convenient day for me at that time due to my work and the fact that I was coming from almost 5 hours away to pick it up. Secondly, I am very happy with the car I bought, which is saying something as it is not just a daily driver for me, but a car I am passionate about. For a 16 year old car, I am highly satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend and would buy again if needed.
